Vicky Madison, 23 year old successful doctor and a single mother finally gets a break from her job in London and decides to visit her 2 year old son who is temporarily living with Vicky's parents in Toronto. But the plane she's in is hijacked by a group of delinquents. Unfortunately the plane falls in a small unknown island. Vichy makes it alive, but so does the delinquents.  So now, with a help from a mysterious man, she is forced to fight the delinquents in order to escape.
