This story is set in the far future, where the police and a rebellious force calling themselves "Hawks" are at war.
Follow Nick, a sniper from the S.W.A.T division, who after his parent's assassination by the rebels, lives with a murderous hate towards the Hawks. Their leader, Liz , is the main source of his hate.
Little does he know, that Liz and himself are more alike than he thinks.
(This story simply would not exist if it weren't for my amazingly talented friend, TeaUgh. Not only did she design the amazing cover, she also came up with Liz, the rebel leader, as well as giving me ideas for my story. She helped me ALOT, and I owe a lot of credit to her :3)

In the not-so-distant future evolved humans emerged. To that end the evolved humans police department was formed to deal with all crime committed by or connected to E.H.s, a force entirely comprised of E.H.s trained to stop and capture any E.H. breaking the law. Adlet Blacksteel is the newest edition to the E.H.P.D., his skills and experience as a hostage extractor makes him an invaluable edition. Joined by his new partner, Jenna Jones, he pursues a secretive manhunt for the Soldiers Of The New World, an underground E.H. crime organization that has a hand in all that is illegal, and their mysterious leader: String, who, seemingly, has eyes and ears everywhere. While Adlet and Jenna intend on doing this by the books, their unsavory past with two of String's captains may muddy their judgement, or, more accurately, it already has.
