Kyrie Irving had just won his first national championship with his team, the Clevland Cavaliers. Drafted in 2011 as the first round pick, the 24-year old's world was in its prime. Although Kyrie was single, he's never been happier. His last relationship, with R&B singer Khelani, ended horribly and since then he hasn't been looking to jump into anything. He didn't have time for any girlfriend. After purchasing an apartment in New York City to get away from the more rural state of Ohio, Kyrie began spending more time in the city and was just living life.
Aaliyah Cole had just graduated from Columbia and got her first job working with the United Nations in NYC. The 22-year old has always been work focused, allowing to fly under the radar and strike out avoiding fuckboys.
