Technology is evolving. Some new types of chemicals named "The GENEREX", "The ALERA" and "The SEGERO" were created.
  
  Each of them were said to give different specialities to the chemicals' holders. "The ALERA" gave extreme intelligence, "The SEGERO gave immense strength and "The GENEREX" had both, immense strength and extreme intelligence, thus, being the rarest. 
  
  But when the chemical was injected to 16 year olds worldwide, the holders became berserk, uncontrollable and very evil, caused by their incompatibility. But only a few of them were fine. 
  
  The good holders form a group named the ENEXA and try to stop the evil ones widely known as "The Syndicate". But they get hunted down right out of their peripheral.

Now it is time for their children, the next generation of ENEXA to stop the syndicate, learning from the mistakes made in the past.

The world is now in the hands of an average teenager, Jake Brenner, the one and only heir of the GENEREX. It is him that needs to illuminate the dark, but he needs to be careful, as there are dark secrets untold, stories uncovered...

100 years ago, amidst WW3's nuclear bombing, a deadly virus was released in the atmosphere and nearly wiping out the humanity. It lives inside the human brain thriving on the empathy receptors, leading to irrational behaviour and ultimately brain death. To slow the damage, scientists created L.O.V.E, short for Living Off Vital Emotions, a nanovaccine that numbs the virus and switches off all strong emotions. As a last resort and with a dying planet, the Supreme Government created the City, a place to contain the infected survivors suitable for the experiment. Those in the first stages of illness became ideal candidates to receive the neuroinhibitor. Having their feelings restrained and their memory altered, those who come of age are designated a life partner through a Selection process, thus preserving the humankind. A few decades after the trial had started, scientists had a major breakthrough. The nanites, which are highly chemically reactive organisms, are changing their bio-engineered purpose when dopamine levels are high. With a new generation of nanoids, stronger and smarter to fight the battle, the virus doesn't have a chance. Many attempts were made to create a man-made version of synthetic dopamine and each time the outcome was a disaster. Their goal is to create new generations, immune to the virus. These are called Purebloods, the offsprings of those who find pure love, the only cure to save them from a violent death. Running out of time, the Experiment entered in its final stages. To minimize the threats, the Colonies have sent their best soldiers to oversee the trial and protect its key subjects. If only things were going according to plan, or better...stay hidden. His powers were quickly revealed to be the powers to manipulate, absorb, and even temporarily to become the lightning, as well as electrical energy that he absorbs and then uses to power himself up. He is also said to be able to completely destroy metal and things made of metal if he pushes enough electrical energy through it, causing it to explode in response. The last of the three, is perhaps, the most dangerous mutant of them all. With telekinetic abilities to rival that of Charles Xavier, the girl who now goes by Second she would be a very good and very useful ally to their cause... if only they could get her to stop speaking through images in their heads. She insists with images on being called Second but they choose to all call her Instinct instead.
