Tyler is a twenty years old guy. one year ago his girlfriend, April, disappeared. Nobody knows where she is, or if she's still alive. But when they find her body, or what's over of it, in the basement of his appartment, hidden behind boxes and furniture, it looks like Tyler himself is the culprit. He can't prove that he is innocent, but nobody can prove that he isn't either. That's why they send him to Josh Dun, who is a psychiatrist of around Tylers age, who is trying to help Tyler find the truth and to help him lose his fear, because since April went lost, Tyler was scared. Of everything.
