By their third year at Hogwarts, Emma Righe and Amelia Priddy have had their share of hardships, and have seen things no twelve year olds should have to see.
Emma has lost both of her parents, with her father leaving her, and her mother dying the summer before. She will have to learn how to live with her sister Suzi, and Suzi's husband, which might slowly drive her insane.
Amelia's mother had died when she was young, and an Auror mission gone bad has put her father in St. Mungo's. Her sister, who is only thirteen, will have to care for the both of them.
Join Emma and Amelia in a tale of heartbreak, love, loss, and life, as they grow up, and learn that life isn't fair.
