Aiko Ootori is Kyoya's younger sister by one year. After her studying days in Korea are over she comes back to Japan with her friends to continue studying at the Ouran Academy. Aiko is in the same year as the Hitachiin twins and Haruhi. Aiko and her friends are later asked to join the Host Club and durning those days working at the Club she slowly gets closer to a certain Red Head Yakuza.
