In the woods of Lore the legends say that those who come face to face with the creature must 'pay the price'. 

Kate is determined to show everyone that the lion-headed, shadow-bodied, creature is just a myth. And that the legend that it is making people pay for what happened to it is just pure nonsense. She is going to find out the real reason people are disappearing.

But is it just a myth?

A/N I am not a fan of horror nor do I think I would be good at it. So this is as close as I'm gonna get. It is a suspense, thriller type of book. Or at least I tried to make it one. If you don't find it suspenseful I'm sorry for false advertising. But this is for the creature feature challenge and because part of the challenge is in the fright category it has to be somewhat scary.All Rights Reserved
