What if when you wish on a star, it's actually a satellite, and the government hears those wishes, and sends an agent to help make that wish come true? Well, for Sparrow, Sam, and Cedar, when they wish on stars , they are chosen for the trials run of the SAD, or Satellite Agency of Dreams. From Sparrow in Richmond, Kentucky, Sam in Meridian,Idaho, and Cedar in Aarhus, Denmark, SAD is going to try and make their deepest dreams come true.
