While attending her Sophomore year at high school, Kyo cannot be anymore happier. With her best friend, Skylar, by her side, new students to meet, her mothers who are supportive with everything she does legally, and her cat, Hershey; things couldn't get worse in her eyes. For months, she has been determined to fall in love! Unfortunately, she would never imagined that that person would be the new student, Ashton, a mysterious, handsome, sarcastic male who has eyes for her as well. Sounds perfect, right? Well, unfortunately for Kyo, she lives in a society where heterosexuals is considered wrong, illegal, and could end her being burned alive in front of the whole town.
