Paper Hearts (Re-writing)

When Spencer Davis first broke Maeve Takanishi's heart, she didn't expect for him to break it all over again in the present.

Maeve Takanishi was always known to have a heart as thin as paper. Always hesitant, apologetic, never angry -- a pushover, to put it simply. Although she lives on the sidelines, she realizes one thing. Spencer Davis has been keeping a close eye on her, and he's hellbent on bringing her out of it.

But when their differences catch up to them, he does the very last thing that she thought he'd do: he tears her heart to shreds.
