Living in a 1930's world made up of 12 levels inside a massive tower, no one really knows what's on the outside, except for Hawkenn. Having been born in Sodom, a city of the poor that survive in the crumbling buildings left from the 1900's, he is sent to find and kill the leader of the Levels. But things become more complicated when he meets Emilia, a clairvoyant that foresees a different path for him. But your target becomes harder to see, when the future is constantly changing.
