The story is about an psychiatrist that goes by the name Dr. Drakwood. He becomes the new head psychiatrist of Pinehill asylum which is an asylum for the worst of the worst psychopaths and other mentally ill people.
He soon becomes obsessed with the patients there and starts conducting experiments that have a deep and sinister plot behind them.
