The Death of Avatar Korra leaves a big mark on the world. New conflicts begins to rise in this New Age.
The New Earth Empire rises and becoming more advanced and powerful and also very aggressive that they ended up splitting the Earth Nation into 2 seperate countries. The Earth Empire is on the north which their capital is now Ba Sing Se and The Earth Republic is on the south which holds Zhao Fu and its capital is in Omashu.
Science Revolution is going strong on Bending and Living in general (like technologies and stuff) Thanks to Future Industries International (FII) for doing it.
Although, its not entirely great because a scientist called Kaijin, has developed an Artificial Bending which requires spirit energy from spirit vines, convert them into liquid and inject it into someone, opening their chi path so they could bend elements, but it's discovered that it's not safe at all as it still has some serious side effects. Kaijin is dismissed from the International Scientist Association (ISA) and now is working with The Earth Empire so he could experiment more with it.
The White Lotus is now dealing with Kaijin as he is trying so hard to commercialized this "Artificial Bending" to public thus making them to search for the new Avatar.
Searching in the whole Earth Nation on both countries and doesn't get any results but After 16 years, one country that expected to be the land for nonbenders, United Republic, a small family lives near the spirit portal. The white lotus finally find the Avatar. His name is Leo and his journey to restore balance starts now.
(I don't own anything about korra but the whole story is 100% mine but inspired by the cartoon to make a different world from the legend korra)

Korrasami fanfiction. I'm not sure if anyone else has done this before but oh well heres my shot of it. No bending I'm just mainly using the characters. A smirk painted across her lips from underneath her cloth as she stepped backwards steadily into the darkness of an alley, it was acting like a cloak; completely engulfing her whole body like she wasn't even there. The men, now in a group, huddled around the spot where she was last seen, frantically searching for any clues to where she might've sprung off too. "How embarrassing," She chuckled softly, brushing herself down as she made her way across the roof of each house. PLEASE READ. So, this is the story that I mentioned in chapter seventy-two of my first LoK story. Alot of you seemed to like the idea, so here it is. In this story Y/N L/N grew up on the streets of Republic City as an orphan. He never knew his real parents. And for as long as he can remember he's been able to Airbend, but he doesn't know how he can. For the first seven years of his life he grew up on the streets using his Airbending to survive. His life changes when he meets Tenzin, the son of Avatar Aang and an Airbending Master. When Tenzin realises that Y/N is an Airbender and an orphan, he takes the boy back to Air Temple Island to train him as an Airbender. He and his wife, Pema also decide to adopt Y/N as their son. The young boy goes on to be an older brother to Tenzin's two daughters, Jinora and Ikki and his son, Meelo. Y/N advances very fast in his Airbending training and after five years of training Tenzin makes Y/N an Airbending Master. Y/N starts uses his Airbending to help the people of Republic City in secret. One day his life changes when Avatar Korra comes to Republic City in order to be trained in Airbending by Tenzin. Y/N helps her train and the two of them along with their three friends Mako, Bolin and Asami form the new Team Avatar in order to stop The Equalist's and their leader Amon. She thought she lost her Avatar, her Aang, but after a miracle happened, Aang was brought back and she felt whole again. The whole world believes that the Avatar is gone and the Fire Nation has conquered Ba Sing Se, but thanks to Aya he is alive. Aya has discovered her true Fire Angel power and has full control over it, along with getting her Fire Wings. Ruka has finally found her long lost daughter and they were reunited after years of being apart. Aya felt joy and relief when she hugged her mother for the first time. Team Avatar has set foot in Fire Nation territory and are in disguise as typical Fire Nation citizens so they can put the invasion plan in action when the solar eclipse arrives. The team has to stay hidden incase someone sees Aang's arrows or Aya's wings. It won't be easy, but things have never been easy for Team Avatar. Aang believes he has to save the world on his own, but he isn't alone, he has his Fire Angel at his side. The Avatar and Fire Angel are not only destined to be with each other but are destined to save the world together. Allies will become enemies and enemies will become allies. With in desperate need of a firebending teacher, Zuko throws away the need of capturing the Avatar and instead assists him in saving the world and teaching him firebending. After almost a year of traveling, fighting, friendship, love, anger, and heartbreak it's time for Team Avatar to save the world and bring peace back to it.
