The year is 2020. Imperial Lord Vincent Vancooper is in control of the whole world.
To act as the police force, Imperial Lord Vancooper has enlisted a team of 42 assassins.
The identity of these assassins are a complete mystery to all except the Imperial Lord himself. Even the other assassins don't know who they work with.
This is to ensure that no attachments are made so that, upon death, the assassins are easy to replace.
The assassins work in partners. One is a ground assassin that does the actual killing and the other is an intelligence officer that watches from afar.
