Haruna, a smart girl who find herself attracted to a good looking genius, Masaki. Masaki's best friend, Naoki is in love with Haruna. Soon Haruna understand her love to Masaki is selfish because she likes him because of his look and accept that he only thinks of her as a friend. She then develops some feelings for Naoki but she doesn't realise yet. Their feelings for each other always have obstacles which each one have to overcome to be together and people who get in their relationship. While he was supposed to be Takashi's apprentice, Takashi cannot help but feel hostile when he sees him with Haruhi even though he treats her with the same respect he does. Perhaps their respect for one another had turned into something else when neither one of them realized.
