Leon is a mercenary in the year 2601. He and a young woman named Noire try to survive the crumbling world full of tyranny and hatred. After a huge catastrophe strikes the world, most remaining governments began working together. For 250 years, this system has grazed peacefully. But a new generation of senators have different feelings for their country. Many districts begin to fall into turmoil. Some become labeled uninhabitable, there residence are seen as the lowest on the societal ladder. but a spread of genetic mutations give some youths special abilities. Governments officials are attempting to kidnap and abuse the powers of these gifted humans.
