COME BACK! KAI!” For some reason, I knew that that would be the last time I would see him, so I willed myself to continue running even if it would kill me. When I saw him shifting away from the window, I almost lost hope, thinking that he listened to his parents and would really stop befriending me. But then I saw him again. He moved so fast and swift that he managed to open a side window before his parents could stop him. “Please don’t cry, princess!
