In a world far from your planet there lies a planet called Nova, a gigantic star that increases in brightness for a few months and then returns to normal. The Garja a army of dragonhybrids light the water with fire  killing anything in the way and keeping us at bay. We are but a few of many that live here in this half water planet. We are called the Matsynaga we live deep in the ocean, we are peaceful, and are ruled by our king Piasu. He rules justly and tries to keep Ame and her army out of our waters. We once had the power to walk on land but this power was stolen by this evil dragoness. She has part of the Kings magical gem, no one knows where the second half lies but our king Piasu.
