Percy is the only one who seems to be able to see this. And Percy is determined to find out what he is doing. Maybe it had something to do with the Ghost also running around? But maybe it's just Percy being insane right? Maybe...But at the same time Percy is getting ready to enter a new stage of relationship with Annabeth. If she would talk to him again.
