The Kingdom of Dreryn has seen better days than those of late. Rogues and vagabonds have ravaged villages and the political system is quickly degrading, as the Magus Order has conducted a coup. Humans, dwarves, elves, gnomes, orcs, goblins, and fae-folk alike are afflicted by the chaos across the kingdom's lands. Although its been many many years since the coup, things are still as bad as then. Some people, though, have come to appreciate what they've got.
You yourself have managed to make a decent life for yourself in this time of trouble.
