Brad is a successful doctor and father of two that’s a celebrity in his community for his exceptional care and charity work. Trigger is a local street thug that can’t keep his nose clean. When fate brings the two together in a horrible car accident, the doctor is left a paraplegic in a vegetative state and Trigger escapes without injury.
Glenn is a seasoned cop and Brad’s younger brother. Trusting the justice system, he holds his desire for revenge against Trigger as he is brought to trial and watches helplessly as his brother’s wife and children suffer emotionally. When Trigger escapes a long-term prison sentence on a legal technicality, Glenn, controlled by anger, sets out to avenge his families suffering by killing Trigger. But what he forgets in his rage is that for every action, there is a reaction.
