My name is Catherine Winters, daughter of the person who vampires fear the most, Dominic Winters the Vampire hunter. When I was 3 I was told that I was going to lead the rebellion, to free humans who were in slaved by vampires. From the age of 6 I was taught how to hunt and kill a vampire, how tell who was a vampire and how to mess with their mind.
Before I was born there was a Great War between werewolves and vampires, the vampires won and nearly killed every werewolf. But over the years the werewolves were able to repopulate again becoming nearly as strong as they once were, but the vampires learnt of the werewolves repopulating so they have to stay hidden as any werewolf must be killed on sight.
We humans have an alliance with the werewolves because of our common goal, to rid the vampires of their control over the supernatural world. When I was twelve my father got in the castle and was killed by the vampire King himself after he had killed all the guards in his way.
At the age of 15, the vampires leant that Dominic, so my mother sent me away to live with werewolves for my protection.
Every vampire hunter has their own power that helps them in some way, such as having the power to making the ground move with the wave of a hand or making fire appear where ever and whenever you want, but what makes me so special is that I'm the only one ever to have more the one. I am able to scream so loud that is breaks your skull as well as read people's mind and put thoughts in it, but my most powerful one is that when I chose, my kiss can kill, even a vampire.

I am a Rebel, they say. They're right. It all started when I was a young girl, my parents died in a fire, started by the King of our land. I was only 6 years of age, and I was left with a burn tracing up my arm and onto my collarbone. I was taken in by a woman I called 'Stepmother'. The King's actions caused my life, he's caused so much death. At least half the village has suffered because of him. I now fight against the King, and his daughter, I'm now a leader. There are so many others whom he has wronged. We used to be small group, but now we've grown in numbers. Millicent (though we call her Maleficent on accident) the Dragon Sorceress, Peter Pan the boy who can fly, Killian Hook the Pirate, Red Riding Hood the Wolf Slayer and Animal Tamer, Hansel and Gretel the Witch Hunters, Rumplestiltskin the Wizard, Blue the Fairy, Maethranal the Elven Queen, Jack the Giant Killer, Gothel the Witch, Merida the Archer, and Banshee, are the original people in our group who aren't dead. Gothel was being hunted by Hansel and Gretel at the time I met all three of them. Merida was adopted by Maethranal and trained as an Elven archer. Blue and Banshee are related by blood. Peter and Killian were enemies, but then banded together to stop Rumpelstiltskin, who later agreed to work with me. I love them like family, especially since my seven friends were killed. I miss them so much. They were my first friends, and helped me start this... rebel group. My husband contributed just as much as they did, and had the same fate.
