The Imperfect Perfect Life of Lee Holmes

Lee Holmes isn’t your average sixteen year old boy. He isn’t exactly a people person. He isn’t a jock, a popular, or even a nerd for that matter. Lee Holmes is an underdog. An underdog with a life threatening secret. At age seven, Lee’s mother died in a car crash, a month later, his father became unhealthily obsessed in smoking and drinking. Eventually, outraged, his grandparents took him in as their own, protecting him from his harsh father. This was three years later. Living in the small town of Charlestown, New Hampshire, Lee has his imperfect perfect life, living with his grandparents, that is until, his grandfather falls incredibly ill from cancer and his father comes back to bring Lee back to Johnson City, New York.
