After the events of 'Factions' Abigail is dead, Chloe and Ryan have just had their baby son Teddy, named after Ryan's late brother, life couldn't be better, with their factions united in a peace that has held for a year, Chloe has now discovered she is pregnant with their second child, all is well, everyone is healthy and happy and life is good, the now happily married couple are enjoying their lives and nothing can come between them anymore, or at least so they think
One day a patrol who had gone hunting for food come back but this time not just with tales of how they caught their later pray, they tell stories of a tribe they had discovered further out than they usually travel but heading closer this way, the tribe being after the land the now happily United tribes share with peace and prosperity now comes under threat, the tribe wish to take everything for themselves, including the land they hold dear but also something rather more precious, can the newly aligned factions hold themselves together and work as a team with only a year of peace under their belts or will they fall to chaos, can they maintain their lands without the forcefield that had once been in place courtesy of the now abolished and destroyed government to defend both themselves and their queen, with Chloe being the main target of the attack as the leader of the tribe wishes to marry her, he being a large brute who cares little for women on for an heir, can Ryan protect his pregnant wife and young son or will chaos ensue and all be lost?
