Its not only Olives 16th birthday but also the day of the gifting. The day when every newly turned 16 year old in her family gets their powers.
Unfortunately for Olive what she hopes will be an amazing gifting ritual, will actually be a confusing, weird and awkward one.
Worlds are colliding and are the hell hounds truly the bad guys or someone closer? Why is she in a prophecy that will either save or destroy their worlds forever? What's going on? Hallucinations, gossip, tattoos and a certain male named Nathaniel is.
