Yongha Teru is a half-korean and half-american with a little bit of japanese blood in him.
A genius, yet a hidden prodigy. Why? Because he's an assassin, not a very popular career.
But an assassin has a lot of enemies, even a prodigy like him can't survive against a 1000-man army of skilled soldiers ordered to execute. Well, at least he brought most of them down with him.
When he woke up, he found himself with supernatural powers and a human-changing-into-a-cat guardian telling him that he's in the world of Assassination Classroom (One of the very few animes he watched, being an assassin has its boring moments after all.)

Well, its an anime, its not suppose to make sense...so might as well make the most of it and enjoy this new entertainment, Teru was getting bored of his job anyway, and this anime was actually entertaining.

Yep, he might as well embrace his inner otaku and save that yellow octopus.
