Evil. Monster. Murderer. Killer. Hired hit man. Assassin. Call me what you like. I've heard it all before. I've seen the looks people give me when they realise what I am. Who I am. A cold hearted killer. An emotionless monster. The thoughts don't last long. And neither do they. Not once they know what I am. Because they can't be left alive once they know. They'll be too much of a problem if I let them live.

Death has been the one constant in Mikaela's life since she can remember. Death and cover stories. But what else can you expect when you're an Assassin. It's kind of in the job description. When she's assigned to a new job. With new partners. And new targets. She's not entirely sure whether this time the cover story will be enough.
