The thing about Batman and all of his villains and those that help him, they age. Everyone gets old and eventually stops fighting. What will happen when the second generation villains meet and decide what the next step is? Get to know everybody and their history in this story.
The story is told from one specific child of the past. What will happen when she wants to relive the glory days of her parents just because she is bored? Will she team up with new villains or children of old villains? Will she get sidetracked by new loves? Will new heroes rise to stop her and her 'friends'? Find out.
This entire story is the effect of my imagination. I do not believe any of this is true in the DC universe, if it is it is accidental. I also do not mean to copy anyone else's ideas.

That story is about Kid Flash and Robin in Teen Titans not in Young Justice where they are best friends. The Titans weren't nice to Robin always doing pranks which weren't always nice. One day, they crossed the line, doing a prank about Robin's dead parents. It made him mad, breaking his heart. Bringing Robin's past in a stupid joke for April's Fool wasn't funny it was just mean. Robin started to avoid his teammates, staying in his room when there wasn't any mission and fighting alone when a villain was attacking Jump City. One day, Kid Flash, Robin's biggest rival, decided to pay the Titans a visit. He wanted to upset Robin and believe me, stealing his team was the best way to achieve his goal. Will Robin be upset by Kid Flash's visit or will he give up his team and let his rival be the new leader? Wanting to be a superhero and becoming one, are two completely different things. But becoming the opposite? That's way easier. And sometimes it's not on purpose. Fate didn't want me to be a hero. I was a fairly normal girl, growing up in Central City. A city where superheroes and super villains didn't exist... until the particle accelerator exploded. Many people were turned into these metahumans, me being one of them. Likely one of the only changed nine year olds at the time. My parents were both scientists for Star Labs, being two of the many others that died in the blast. Needing to get away, I decided to move to Gotham. A good city to hide in. This girl was also older than him by 11 months. Basically a year. Soon.. the two meet under dire circumstances, her father is dying, and bruce has to help her adapt and overcome.
