The battered old pick up truck

In many novels and stories, the main characters make long moves. But in most of the stories, the actual trip to the new location is glossed over or ignored completely. This story is just the trip. It is two siblings, a battered red pickup truck and their adventure, from a small Canadian city to the town of Del Rio, Texas.
