Ratchet's carrier programming is activated after Wheeljack installs sparkling programming into the Dinobots in order to make them less aggressive because of the fact that the two(Ratchet and Wheeljack) used their sparks to create ones for the Dinobots. The programming results in Ratchet now being able to do the Transformers equivalent of lactating.All Rights Reserved
