Vellichor- n. the strange wistfulness of used bookstores, which are somehow infused with the passage of time-filled with thousands of old books you'll never have time to read, each of which is itself locked in its own era, bound and dated and papered over like an old room the author abandoned years ago.

Ingrid Griffith had been spending her summer with her closest friend, Maxine. Actually, she was the only person Ingrid was out to. She never spent time worrying about expressing her sexuality because it seemed like all the girls that caught her attention were straight anyway. That was until one blazing day in a bookstore, Ingrid met a certain girl who was going to make this summer a bit different from the rest.
