Which works in Issei's favor since he's tired of getting picked on. Rias Blanco is the popular Cheerleader. She always found Issei cute and interesting and Issei has always thought of her as beautiful and out of his league. Will Issei be with Rias Blanco? James is the popular guy with the amazing body and rich parents. James always tormented Issei. He never liked him. Why? Because James was taught by his parents that people like Issei should be treated like scum.
