It's been one and a half years since the initial five year journey began. The trip so far has been hard on everyone, everyone including Rosalie Halliway.

Rosalie is one of the last of her kind, leaving her no attached strings to anyone anywhere. Her whole species was killed by a civil war that was taken too far; too far, meaning that a nuclear bomb was tampered with by someone other than their kind that left her whole world in pieces.

Only those who had been off the planet remained, but even then, it seemed as though they were all being killed by the same force that doomed their planet.

Now, Rosalie seeks safety within Star Fleet, and receives exactly that. That is, until a message from an incoming ship comes asking for her. Rosalie discovers that there may be a chance that some of her race has survived and needs help creating a new generation.

Rosalie goes with the new ship, only to discover the true, sinister intentions aboard. The clock is racing as Rosalie fights for survival and attempts to receive help from the Enterprise.

But there is only so much time...
