It's the run up to Christmas, by far Akeylah's favourite time of the year, whilst all the holiday cheer is around her she can't help thinking why she isn't good enough. She have never had a home. Never. Sure she has had a roof over her head and food in front of her but she has never had a real family. She has never had a place to call hers and to feel safe. All she had ever wanted to know is why would any one give up hope on a child. Thoughts fill their mind and they begin to lose the ability to trust.
