The Tuffles have tormented the saiyans with Hatchiyak but the old doctor passed away. However, there remained a Tuffle baby who still seeks revenge. He manages to take a bit of Broly ' s blood when he was destroyed on the fake saiyan planet which his gather devised to kill prince Vegeta, and sent him away making  him land on Earth on purpose in attempt to kill the remaining saiyans. After testing his blood he manages to make a gas which immobilises the saiyan in taker but only creates enough for one. His plan succeeds and Goku is now under his control.
