Dr. Harleen Quinzel- she is one of Gotham's most beautiful women, but not remotely interesting. To anyone outside of her beloved career, she would seem more generic. Typical pair of basic glasses and typical bustling city professional style. She helps the insane- but when she is interested in one patient she can't even help herself.
