Jupiter and sent down to earth as well as 4 others as an experiment to see if earth was at all survivable, but just 2 years later, Jupiter was the last one of the group alive and the ark is now sending 100 delinquents down for the same reason she was.
This idea is entirely mine, I don't know if there are stories similar to this, but I do hope you enjoy.
