They called them mass housing units, but almost every awoken person knew they were the equivalent to consintration camps. And her family was going to them. Not on her watch. Fleeing from them with her little sister they leave. Staying away from the government ever since.

She's a 16 year old girl who has under gone much heartache due to the dystopian setting. She has made a promise to her older brother, Drew, while he was on his death bed, to protect their younger siblings- a promise she hopes she doesn't break. She is very tough, but fear is a constant no matter who you are. In the story, fear is ruling her; the fear that she's failing Drew. If she, her family, and her neighbors were not in this setting, she'd be perfectly happy. But she can't be happy now, not with everything that's going on.Complete
