Phil gets hired by the parents of a motorcycle crash victim to go the victim's house and watch out for him. Phil stuggles to gain a friendship with the lonely man that he will be seeing everyday for the next few years. For months, the patient does everything in his power to get Phil to quit the job. In order to support Phil's poor family, Phil stays strong and takes care of his patient, Dan Howell. Phil's efforts not only earn him money, but maybe even something more valuable..?
