. As she started to enter the woodsy part of town, she remembered what the elders had told her as a child. Don't enter those woods they would say, they'll eat you alive. But who were they? That's the part that they never told her. Even at 17 years old Fey still listened to those little murmurs and whispers that her elders told her. Just being this close to the woods scared her, the woods were not something she wanted to be close to.
