As Haruhi Fujioka walks home from Ouran Academy, she accidentally bumps into a girl who seems to be her age. Somehow, she manages to end up with the girl in her home. They learn her story, and the Fujioka's end up adopting the girl. Her name is Uka Hiki, or now Uka Fujioka. The members of Haruhi's club come over to the Fujioka household, and meet the new family member. That's how Uka got admitted into the all-expensive Ouran Academy. But, under one condition. She must become Host's pet, or she is a part of OHSHC, but she goes around to the hosts, helping them out with impressing the female students that go there to waste their time. But after one host goes too far, what will happen to Uka?
