Leticia April Rodriguez , you can easily tell by that name that she's pure Latina . Leticia lives in a small town with her mother and her step dad who owns a company of glue & her mother who is the owner of the best clothing store . In her little town there was no one her age so she didn't know much about teenage things since her parents where never around . One day her mom was taken up to a new level where she can sell clothes in a not so small town called Beach wayz , Soooo...
