There are twenty six of us. One for each letter of the alphabet. Thirteen guys and thirteen girls. Our names come from the letter we represent and our attributes too. Our attributes are things we can control, see or hear. Â We protect life and it's secret.
Who are we? We don't know for sure. All we know is that we are normal teens who just want to fit in. We could be your best friend. Or your worst enemy.
We are being watched, and in return are watching you. We are targeted and our powers taken. No-one can be trusted and everyone is a threat. It's a hard life to live. We had no choice.

I felt the tears rise and I looked down for a minute, gathering all of my resolve. I looked up again and stared him right in the eye. "You know what? I trusted you!" The Unordinary
Six high school students looks like anyone else acts like anyone else but are capable of things no one else is. They learnt from a young age no one that means NO ONE can know about their powers even their parents and other siblings. It brings out the true friends and those who just want to use you. In the end, what do you do when your closest friend betrays you? This is the story as they try to keep their biggest darkest secret of what they are capable of and as they discover they're not the only ones like them... I am not very good at trigger warnings before individual chapters but there is mention of blood, cold abuse and parents divorcing. (But read at your own risk in case I mention something else. I am working on rewriting this story and when I do there will be the trigger warnings in the correct places.) (small teaser.) No one sees me. I am a ghost. I brush against the wooden fence. "Actually I do. I'm working", I said with no emotion at all. They didn't deserve it. They don't get to know how I have felt through the years without them, I'm happy here.
