Poor poor Evangeline.

Ever since Evangeline was merely 6 years old she was sick in bed with a rare disease. She simply suffers so much. The disease causes her to be in constant pain that lasts for days. She has to put up with fevers, head aches, pain in her body etc.

But...

No matter how much she suffers she still manages to smile.

You would think that after all this her family would care for her and love her and all that. Sadly they don't. She has twin brothers who are 2 years older than her who simply despise her, and her parents ignore her and pretend she's not there.

She's lonely.

So you could imagine how genuinely happy she was when the doctor gave her the okay to go to school along side her brothers. She was filled to the brim with happiness! Her brothers however weren't. They were specifically told to protect their sister no matter what. But they didn't listen. What if they pushed her too far? What if poor poor Evangeline stopped smiling?
