Terry stood at the entrance to the tomb, this was where his father, the famous explorer was known to have...he couldn't believe it, even after all these years. His father was still in there, he had to be! "Are you ready, Tezz?" One of the team questioned, with an expression of concern showing across his face. The rest of the team were gathered round the entrance, they had made a fire and had finished cooking some food. Terry lit his torch with a flame illuminating the entrance to the tomb, the ancient tomb of Shangradi.

Two weeks have passed since the night Calia Nox almost died, and she's ready to go back to Solasta Academy. She wanted to forget that she was the object of a psychopathic killer, and he killed many of her classmates to get her attention. Calia wanted to be able to move on, but other dangers were lurking in the shadows. The Book of the Damned was stolen from Ambrosia's archives and definitely in the wrong hands. And there's the whole situation of her biological father. Even so, she and her friends are preparing for All Hallows Eve--the one night in the year when the veil between the living and dead is thinned. Throughout the four Kindoms, their rulers have planned numerous celebrations for the special night. However, no one would expect someone to open the gates to Hazelthorn---the spirit realm---or the dead to haunt the living. To hurt and kill them. Calia and her friends must fight the ghosts of their pasts to defeat the ones lurking at their school, ready to strike at any time.
