This book is simply a work in progress to be sure. But it is filled with poems that have been written by myself; regarding things such as: Love. Loss. Happiness. Sorrow. Life.

I have always been fond of poetry and the deep symbolic and sincere secret messages that are left from its wake. It is a mysterious and beautiful thing, poetry. It is a window into one's sacred world, for certain. But through these windows, we are able to see a light that surpasses all measures of thoughts and feelings. We realize that, through poems of extreme emotion, we are not alone in this world. For there are many, many others that suffer and battle the same struggles that we face ourselves. Day in and day out.

This book contains but a few of my own creations that particularly stood out amongst my many attempts at sharing my true feelings and emotions. I do so hope that out of all of the writings, at least one may touch a single soul in a positive or inspirational way. More than that, I hope that it sends the message that we are all human and only long to be longed for. That we all wish to be loved and appreciated. And that, in His image, we are all beautiful in our own special way.

Enjoy! And God bless!
