Life has changed since the war between Toontown began. Flippy is now an ally of the cogs. Minnie's Melodyland was destroyed. New types of cogs have been created. And between all of this is the deadly, toxic substance and weapon: Dip.
What was once a normal day patrolling the streets of Donald's Dreamland turns into a nightmare as Oswald finds himself in a situation he never imagined he would be in. Driven by will and courage, Oswald journeys through the dangers of Toontown to save his fellow squad members who have been captured by Flippy. On the way he will overcome obstacles with new allies, avoid contact with newly made enemies, and most of all make it through the journey alive. No Toon is safe. The Playground Wars have already begun.
