Three gangs, one city and a shit ton of money. Only one gang can have the power to control it. Bangtan is currently in power, controlling everything government related from the city center. EXO runs a workshop in the outskirts of town, controlling all traffic in and out. Monsta X are loved by the people, as they control the slum areas and make sure everyone has what they need.
