In a Name

They say that you should be positive, there's always someone having a worse day than you. Well in one day, I missed my one opportunity to start a career, was chased by aliens that want to devour my soul, I found out my whole life was a lie, and yet, meeting him made everything worth it.

Brooke Fields is an aspiring singer living in London, waiting for that one big break that will change her life. However, she doesn't quite get the change she was looking for when a mysterious man with a blue box swoops in to rescue her. Much to their surprise however, Brooke is not as mundane as she looks. She is a Time Lady, or at least, she is Gallifreyan. However, the Doctor is not so easily convinced. She has no past, it would seem that she had been human for most of her life. Can the Doctor accept that she is a Time Lady, regardless of her upbringing? As Brooke searches within herself for her title, the promise she must make as a Time Lady, she realizes there is much more to a name than she could have ever imagined.
